[Use1]Mabofloxacin is a Bulk drug and novel fluoroquinolone antimicrobial agent, which inhibits the growth of bacteria by inhibiting the DNA transcriptase of bacteria, and has antimicrobial effect on Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma. [Use2]Mabofloxacin can be well absorbed by oral administration and injection, and its toxic and side effects are low.
Mabofloxacin is used for respiratory tract, digestive tract, urinary tract and skin infections caused by sensitive bacteria in cattle, pigs, dogs and cats. It is also effective for bovine and sheep mastitis and porcine mastitis - uteritis - agalactia syndrome.
[Use3]Marbofloxacin can be used both orally and topically. It is particularly used for infections of the skin, respiratory system
and mammary glands, as well as with urinary tract infections in dogs and cats. For dogs, a dose of approximately 2 mg/kg
is used. The duration of treatment is usually at least five days, longer if there is a concurrent fungal or yeast infection.
